(Refund Policy)

VizaBridge Corporation
(Incorporation All-in-One)
(Operations Plans)
(Basic / Plus / Premium)
(Business Document Service)
(Basic / Plus / Premium)

1. Basic
2. Plus
3. Premium

Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 2, 2026
Last Updated: April 28, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)
This Refund Policy has been established to clearly define the standards for cancellation and refunds of paid services provided on the VizaBridge Corporation platform (hereinafter "Service") operated by Hello Friends Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company"), and to protect the trust relationship between the Company and its users.
This Policy complies with applicable laws including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Content Industry Promotion Act, and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and applicable law, the applicable law shall take precedence.

Article 2 (Service Types)
VizaBridge Corporation's paid services are divided into the following three categories, each subject to separate refund standards.
① Incorporation All-in-One Package
A one-time package service covering incorporation agency, x-document preparation, and visa-linked consulting.
② Operations Solutions Subx-scription Plan (Business Management Plans)
A subx-scription-based service billed on a monthly or annual basis (Basic / Plus / Premium)
③ Business Document Service
A per-x-document, single-payment service (Basic / Plus / Premium)

Article 3 (Incorporation Package Refund Standards)
Pursuant to Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal of subx-scription is possible within 7 days of payment. However, if service has commenced (assignment of a manager and initiation of x-document review), withdrawal may be restricted with the user's prior consent.
Refund eligibility and amounts for the Incorporation Package vary depending on the stage of service commencement.
1. Cancellation Before Commencement
If cancellation is requested before the Company's service preparation begins (before assignment of a manager and initiation of x-document review), the full payment amount will be refunded.
2. Cancellation After Commencement but Before Official Submission
If cancellation is requested after service has commenced (assignment of a manager, x-document preparation, initiation of consulting) but before official submission to the relevant government agency (Ministry of Justice, District Court Registry, KOTRA, etc.), a refund will be provided after deducting the cost of services already rendered.
The items and amounts deducted will be notified to the user in writing by the Company.
3. Cancellation After Official Submission
In principle, refunds are not available after official submission to the relevant government agency has been completed. However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases.
1) If submission is rejected due to the Company's fault (x-document errors, incorrect guidance, etc.)
2) If a legal or regulatory disqualification that prevents the user from using the service is confirmed after the fact
4. Government Fees and Public Charges
Government fees such as registration tax, license tax, and notarization costs paid to government agencies will not be refunded unless the Company is at fault.

Article 4 (Business Management Plans Refund Standards)
1. Withdrawal of Subx-scription (Within 7 Days of Payment)
Pursuant to Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, users who have not used the service may apply for withdrawal of subx-scription within 7 days of the subx-scription payment date, and the full payment amount will be refunded.
However, withdrawal may be restricted within 7 days in the following cases, and the Company will provide clear prior notice.
1) If the user has consented to the commencement of service use
2) If real-time services such as 1:1 consulting or remote support have already been provided
2. Mid-term Cancellation of Monthly Subx-scription
If a monthly subx-scription is cancelled, service will continue to be provided normally until the last day of the month in which cancellation is requested, and the usage fee for that month will not be refunded. Automatic billing and service use will cease from the following month.
3. Mid-term Cancellation of Annual Subx-scription
If an annual subx-scription is cancelled mid-term, the refund amount will be calculated as follows. Regardless of which party is at fault, the remaining period will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the actual payment amount.
1) The remaining period is calculated as the number of days from the day after the cancellation request date to the contract expiration date.
2) Annual discount benefits will not be recouped; the pro-rata calculation is based on the final payment amount as-is.
Example (Annual Basic Plan, Annual Payment ₩3,560,000 / 365 days): Cancellation after 120 days of use
1) Remaining days: 245 days
2) Estimated refund: (₩3,560,000 ÷ 365) × 245 = approx. ₩2,390,000
4. Plan Change
Plan changes (both upgrades and downgrades) take effect immediately upon request and are settled as follows. The same applies to both monthly and annual plans.
1) The remaining period usage fee for the existing plan will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and refunded.
2) The regular usage fee for the new plan will be charged immediately.
3) For annual plans, the pro-rata calculation is based on the actual payment amount (total annual payment).
Example 1 (Monthly Basic → Plus Plan Change, 15 Days Remaining):
1) Refund for Basic remaining 15 days: (₩330,000 ÷ 30) × 15 = ₩165,000
2) Charge for new Plus plan: ₩880,000
Example 2 (Annual Basic → Annual Plus Plan Change, 200 Days Remaining):
1) Refund for Annual Basic remaining 200 days: (₩3,560,000 ÷ 365) × 200 = approx. ₩1,951,000
2) Charge for new Annual Plus plan: ₩9,500,000

Article 5 (Business Document Service Refund Standards)
Pursuant to Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal of subx-scription is possible within 7 days of payment. However, if service provision has commenced (AI x-document generation has started or expert assignment is complete), withdrawal may be restricted with the user's prior consent.
Refund standards for the Business Document Service vary depending on the plan type and whether work has commenced.
1. Basic
As this is a free service, it is not subject to refunds.
2. Plus
A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested before the AI x-document generation request. No refund is available after AI x-document generation has started.
3. Premium
A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested before the assignment of a responsible expert is complete. In principle, no refund is available after the expert assignment is complete.
Expert assignment completion is based on the time at which the Company notified the user via email or in-service notification.
Revision requests are possible but incur additional costs; the scope and amount will be communicated separately.
However, if normal service provision is impossible due to the Company's fault (assignment errors, incorrect service guidance, etc.), a refund may be considered as an exception.

Article 6 (Non-Refundable Cases)
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases.
1. Cancellation due to the user's change of mind (after the withdrawal period has elapsed)
2. After official submission for the Incorporation Package is complete (except where the Company is at fault)
3. Dissatisfaction related to third-party services (tax accountants, accountants, external agencies, etc.)
4. Reasons beyond the Company's control, such as processing delays or rejection by government agencies
5. Cases where the user's service use has been restricted due to providing false information or violating the terms of service
6. Real-time services already provided in full, such as 1:1 consulting, video meetings, and remote support
7. Cases where the user has already used promotional or discount benefits

Article 7 (Refund Request Method and Processing Period)
Request Method
Refunds can be requested through the following channels.
1) Email: hello@vizabridge.co.kr
2) Customer Service: +82-10-5250-3694
3) 1:1 inquiry board within the service
Please include the following information with your request.
1) Registered email address
2) Name of service paid for and date of payment
3) Reason for refund request
4) Account details for refund (if requesting bank transfer)
Processing Period
Within 5 business days of receiving the refund request, the Company will notify the user of refund eligibility and amount. After refund approval, processing will be completed within 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment method. (Processing times may vary depending on the card company's policy.)

Article 8 (Refunds When Service Cannot Be Provided by the Company)
If the Company is unable to provide the service due to its own fault (system failure, service discontinuation, service refusal due to the user not meeting eligibility requirements, etc.), the Company will refund the full amount already paid.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
If a dispute arises between the user and the Company in relation to this Policy, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through consultation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be resolved through a dispute mediation organization pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (such as the Korea Consumer Agency), or a lawsuit may be filed with the competent court (located in Seoul).

Article 10 (Policy Changes)
This Refund Policy may be amended in accordance with changes in applicable law or service operating policies. If the Policy is changed, the changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date through service notices or email. If the user does not agree to the changed policy, they may terminate the service agreement.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
